Layaway Policy

We have a three tier layaway plan for up to 1 year. The minimum amount is $300.00. You may payoff your layaway anytime before the final due date and can make payments in any amounts or times to suit your needs within the maximum time allowed for the appropriate tier. For example you could make 3 payments one month then skip a month and so on.

Once we receive your layaway form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and your item/items will be placed on hold.¹

For every payment received you will receive a detailed invoice showing the payment and new balance via e-mail. The month before your layaway term ends, you will receive a reminder email that you have a month to payoff your layaway². Once the layaway is paid in full a final invoice will be emailed after your items ship.

Layaway Terms:

Tier-1 $300 - $999 (up to 3 months) minimum down payment $100

Tier-2 $1000 - $2999 (up to 6 months) minimum down payment $300

Teir-3 $3000 - $10,000 (up to 1 year) minimum down payment $500

The first step is to shop till you drop in our store! Then at check out select "Layaway-Plan" and finish your order.

The second step is to print and fill out your layaway order form.

The last step is to mail us your layaway order form and the minimum payment (or more) for your tier to the address on the order form.

We accept debit cards, American Express, Visa, Master Card, PayPal, checks & money orders. Returned items are charged a $45.00 processing fee.

Notes:

If your item for some reason becomes unavailable for delivery for any reason you will receive a store credit for the amount of payments credited to your account.
If you have not paid for the layaway in full within the layaway term , the layaway will be considered to be forfeited.
Layaways placed for Christmas delivery must be paid for by Dec. 1st. in order to guarantee timely delivery.
The first payment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee and any remaining credits will be given as a store credit.
Store credits are good for 90 days. There are no refunds.
The price of the items on the date the layaway is started is what the layaway order will be billed at, whether the item goes on special or has a price increase later.
There is no 'Free Shipping' on layaways. All layaway orders will be charged our normal UPS, USPS or LTL freight shipping & handling charges when the final payment is due.
To place your order on layaway, please place the order through the secure server on this website and under "Payment Method" select Layaway Plan.
Damaged merchandise can be returned for the same item only.
