A Great Stress Reducing Tip!

 

When I get home from work and have finished my bath I like to light my gel fireplace and relax in my chair. No lights, sounds just dark, peace and quiet. I then empty my mind of all thoughts and begin breathing in and out deeply and slowly several times until I feel my body relax.
After about ten minutes or so I imagine a calming place. You should pick somewhere you feel safe and free, perhaps a favorite vacation spot. For me it’s the North Shore in Hawaii. See yourself in your favorite place and visualize all of the fun things you would be doing.
It’s like going on a mini vacation. It will really help to reduce stress!
